Description
Kapron 500 mg Tablets contain tranexamic acid, a medicine used to reduce or prevent excessive bleeding. It works by helping blood clots remain stable for longer, which reduces unnecessary blood loss. It may be prescribed for heavy menstrual bleeding, bleeding after dental procedures in certain patients, surgery-related bleeding, or other conditions involving excessive bleeding. The tablets are film-coated for easy swallowing.
