Description
Calcium is an important mineral which is necessary for the maintenance of normal bones at all ages. It also contributes to normal muscle function and has a role in the process of cell division and specialisation. Because the body is not able to produce calcium it has to be provided by the diet, and some stages in life require calcium intake to be increased.
Also contains the vitamins D, K and E. Vitamin D and K contribute to the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin D also contributes to normal absorption/utilisation of calcium, normal blood calcium levels and to the maintenance of normal muscle function. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
How To Use:
Adults take 1 tablet daily with water, preferably with a meal.
