The Contour Care blood glucose monitoring system is designed to help people easily track their blood sugar levels at home. It provides quick and reliable readings using a small drop of blood. The device is simple to use, making it suitable for daily self-checks without needing medical assistance. The included test strips work with the meter to analyze glucose levels in seconds. The lancets are used to gently prick the fingertip to obtain a small blood sample.
How to use :
Insert a test strip into the meter to turn it on automatically. Use a lancet to prick the side of the fingertip and gently squeeze a small drop of blood. Apply the blood drop to the test strip and wait a few seconds for the reading to appear. Use 1 strip per test and discard after single use. Lancet is also single-use and should be disposed of safely after each prick. Testing is usually done before meals or as directed by a healthcare professional (often 1–3 times daily depending on condition).
