A medication used to relieve nasal congestion and protect the nasal mucosa by constricting blood vessels and supporting tissue healing, thereby reducing swelling and mucus secretion.
Indications:
– Reduction of nasal mucosa swelling in rhinitis.
– Promotes the healing of damaged nasal tissue.
– Reliefs allergic and non-allergic nasal inflammation.
Main Active Ingredients:
– Xylometazoline Hydrochloride 1 mg/ml.
– Dexpanthenol 50 mg/ml.
Precautions:
– Do not use in children under 6 years of age.
– Avoid prolonged use to prevent rebound congestion.
– Use with caution in patients with high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, glaucoma, or thyroid disorders.
– Do not use if allergic to any listed ingredients.
Side Effects:
– Temporary nasal burning or dryness.
– Sneezing or mild irritation.
– Rare: palpitations, headache, nausea, allergic reactions.
Drug-Drug Interactions:
